"Our driver was late to pick us up at the airport because his previous customer was late and there was also a traffic jam on route. He kept in contact with us while we were waiting and met us inside the airport at a designated spot.
His vehicle was clean, comfortable and in good repair. He had bottles of water for us in the car which was nice after a long flight.
It was a very long trip and he got us to our destination safely.
He was a very nice and curteous man.
We tipped him in person."
